Women History Month on Through the eyes of the Black Woman Radio

We will feature Author Desiree Future on Through the eyes of the Black Woman Radio show. Thursday @ 7pm on www.blogtalkradio.com/sayyourpiecenetwork

Author Desiree Future’s name alone sounds like it is a character in one of her books.  But this native of Jersey City, NJ is as real as they come. While single handedly raising her son she intends to write her way out of her circumstances.  With a life-long dream of becoming a writer, she has spent years polishing her craft.  Having written a children’s book and a slew of poetry, she intends to publish them by January 2014.  One of her poems proudly sits on display in the Glenn D. Cunningham Library in Jersey City NJ for which she wrote a poem for the first African American mayor after his death titled You Made a Difference.  Her current project consists of working on a sequel to the Pastor’s Heart.
